License & Terms

Your purchase grants a single developer a perpetual, worldwide license to use the animation source code in unlimited personal and commercial projects, whether that’s your own apps or work you ship for clients. Modify it, build on it, and put it inside your products freely. (Buying for more than one developer? See team licenses below.)

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or give away the source code itself (on its own or repackaged).
• Use it to build a competing product, like an animation, component, or template marketplace, library, or pack.
• Share a single-developer license across a team. If more than one developer will touch the code, that's the team license below.

A team license is the same Lifetime All-Access, granted to a fixed number of developers at one company instead of one. The seat count you bought is the cap, and it includes you.

Each developer gets their own Motionary account and their own downloads: you add them by email from your team page after checkout, and they don't need an account beforehand. Every seat carries the same rights as a single-developer license — unlimited personal and commercial apps, including client work — and the same restrictions above.

Seats are yours to reassign: remove someone who leaves and add their replacement. A removed developer keeps whatever they already downloaded (that's true of any license here) but stops getting new drops. Beyond the seat count you bought, or licensing across separate legal entities, write in and we'll sort it.

The Lifetime All-Access pass is a one-time payment with no recurring fee. It includes every animation in the catalog today plus every future animation drop, for as long as the shop operates. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product, not a guarantee that the storefront runs forever. But anything you have downloaded is yours to keep permanently, regardless of the shop's status.

I aim to ship 3 new animations every month. That cadence is an intention, not a contractual guarantee; the binding promise is that all future animation drops are included in your pass.

Because these are downloadable digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final, with no refunds on the Lifetime All-Access pass. By purchasing, you request immediate access to all downloads and acknowledge that you waive any statutory withdrawal or refund right (including the EU/UK 14-day cancellation right for digital content).
